The total estimated delivery time for orders shipped within the United States is typically 2–10 business days, including both processing and transportation.
Our daily order cut-off is 7:00 PM (New York GMT -5). Orders received before this time go into processing the same business day; orders received afterward go into processing the following business day.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
Once an order enters processing or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–72 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are Free for all orders.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
The price displayed at checkout is final.
If you are asked to pay any additional customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other charges after placing your order, please contact our customer support team. We will review the case and assist you in resolving any unexpected charges.
Damaged, Lost or Missing Shipments
Ortho Renew takes responsibility for orders that are damaged or lost in transit. If that happens, we'll make it right — we'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, and we'll handle any claim with the carrier on our end.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, and within 30 days of delivery, and include photographs of:
- the damaged product
- the shipping packaging
- the shipping label.
Please keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
Address Changes
We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been placed.

Please note that many orders enter processing quickly and may no longer be modified.
Unexpected Delays
In rare cases, delivery may take longer than estimated due to:
- Carrier delays
- Customs inspections
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Transportation disruptions
- High seasonal demand
- Events beyond our reasonable control
If your shipment appears significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will gladly investigate.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is delivered to a pickup point, parcel locker, postal office, or other collection location, the customer is responsible for collecting the package within the timeframe specified by the carrier.
Customers will normally receive notification via email, SMS, app notification, or tracking update when a package is available for collection.
If a package is not collected and is returned to the sender, it will be considered an unclaimed package.
Refunds are not issued for unclaimed packages. However, customers may request that the order be reshipped. Additional shipping fees may apply.
